Our products are manufactured in small batches and are intended to last. In all stages of our manufacture, we aim to create a flawless end product. However, since we all occasionally make mistakes, production flaws sometimes only become apparent while the product is being used. Should you notice that your product has any kind of defect, we kindly ask you to bring the defective product to our workshop and we will repair it free of charge.

To manufacture our handbags, wallets, belts and other leather accessories, we use different materials (leather, lining, zippers, iron shock mounts, etc.), which we buy from renowned producers. If any metal part falls off, if the zipper breaks or if your product becomes damaged in any way due to wear and tear, we kindly ask you to bring the damaged product to our workshop for repair.
